With our Ultimate Technology system on the Formax® patty former, you get a burger with a loose, soft texture that looks, feels and tastes like homemade. It also produces a faster-cooking patty that's juicier, with maximum tenderness and less dimensional shrink. Plus:
  • Our IQF process locks in freshness and helps retain juices.
  • Individual patties are easily accessible and will not stick together when packaged.
  • Each patty goes through no less than 30 quality and safety checkpoints in our USDA-inspected Total Quality Control plant.
  • Bone eliminators and metal detectors ensure removal of foreign materials.
  • We regularly perform lean-to-fat tolerance tests.
Be safe! Our patties are made to be cooked from a frozen state. Always cook all ground meat products to at least 160°F. internal temperature.
